I went in for a oil change, called ahead of time and when I arrived, the office was very non-chanlant. Then on top of that, the wrong filter was ordered, so I couldn't get my oil change done. Wasted time & gas. Travelled 30 miles for that, don't think I'll be going back.
Mr. Hines, I want to apologize for the poor service you receive at my shop. You are correct. We did not live up to your expectations on what should have been a simple job.
