Leah, Parts Associate

Meet Leah, our exceptional Parts Associate at Flyin’ Wrench Motorsports. Leah possesses an impressive wealth of knowledge about European and exotic vehicle components that makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Her remarkable ability to track down even the most elusive parts has earned her a reputation as our in-house “parts detective.” When technicians face challenging repairs requiring obscure components, Leah’s resourcefulness and industry connections consistently deliver solutions where others might fail. She’s proven to be an intricate and essential part of our operation, seamlessly connecting our technical team with the precise puzzle pieces they need to complete complex repairs. Beyond the shop, Leah’s passion for European vehicles extends to the track, where she can be found pushing her beloved E30 BMW to its limits during track days. Her hands-on racing experience enhances her understanding of performance parts and further elevates the service she provides to our performance-minded customers.

Caitlin Green, Service Advisor

Caitlin has spent nearly four years as a service advisor. She started at 21 knowing little more about cars than where the gas went, and turned that into a career built on continuous learning. After several years working on domestic vehicles, she now specializes in European makes. Her approach is simple: the more a customer understands about their vehicle, the better decision they can make. She’s committed to giving people clear information and service they can trust.

Zack Parker, Technician

Zack started his automotive career at Firestone, where he worked his way up to B-level technician. He moved into European vehicles about six years ago, beginning with the Mercedes-Benz DRIVE technician training program and then spending two and a half years on the dealership line. He followed that with three years at an independent European shop before joining Flyin’ Wrench. He brings a mix of dealership-level training and independent-shop range, and he’s spent most of his career doing what a lot of technicians avoid: chasing down the problems nobody else wants.

Philip Donnelly, Service Advisor

Philip brings more than 15 years in highline European service. He came up through Global Imports BMW, where he worked as a performance specialist before moving into service advising and earning his BMW Service Advisor Level 1 and 2 certifications, consistently leading the store in labor hours sold and holding CSI scores above 96.5. Since then he’s spent his career on the independent side, managing shop operations and advising clients on everything from BMW and Mercedes to Ferrari and Maserati. He’s known for explaining the technical side in terms that make sense, so customers can make the call themselves.

Sean, Technician

Sean has spent 14 years in the automotive industry, with nearly six of those specializing in European vehicles. He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Automotive Technology from Chattahoochee Technical College and earned his ASE Master Technician certification. He came up through general service before moving into European work, where he’s handled the deep end of the job: timing chain and cylinder head repairs, valvetronic work, CAN bus diagnostics, and complex electrical diagnosis across all Euro brands. He’s continued training throughout his career, including Porsche factory-style coursework and BMW diagnostic competition, and he stays active in motorsports outside the shop. He’s also the technician most likely to explain his findings in plain terms, which is why customers tend to trust the recommendation before they hear the price.
